2. What are your Happy Hours?

All of our Happy Hour times are on the specific bar pages - just select your bar, then click on "More Information" to be taken directly to the bar page.

3. What are your opening hours?

Like the Happy Hour times, our opening times are all on the bar pages - just follow the steps above to find out.

4. Birthday Bar Tabs, Voucher Cheques and Cocktail Tokens

If you have been signed up to our mailing list for six months or longer you will receive a complimentary £25 birthday bar tab via email.

This bar tab can be used two weeks either side of your birthday when you make a booking of eight guests or more.

They can be used during Happy Hour but cannot be used in conjunction with other offers i.e. 241 cocktails. So to put it plainly: yes you can use them but you won't be able to double up on cocktails! 

If you have received a voucher cheque by a member of our team you will be able to use these in the Be At One Venue stated at the top. These vouchers like the above cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including happy hour and are subject to date expirations. You are of course more than welcome to join us during happy hour, however you will not receive 2-4-1

If you have purchased the vouchers these WILL be valid for 241 during Happy Hour and will have a mark that makes this clear to the bartender.

Cocktail Tokens are purchased with one of our celebration packages. These tokens can be used to redeem any cocktail on the menu! Please be sure to use these up when you receive them as they will only be valid for the date of your package booking and cannot be used at a later date. The Cocktail Tokens cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and you will not be able to receive 2-4-1 cocktails during happy hour with these.

5. Where is my Birthday bar tab?

Birthday bar tabs are available to guests who have signed up to our mailing list for 6 months or more. To sign up just click here.

6. Can I use my Birthday bar tab on a day other than my Birthday?

Your £25 Birthday bar tab is valid for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your date of birth, just print it off and bring it with you! Please note you will also need to bring a printed copy along if you have made a table booking.

7. What are your cocktail prices?

Our prices range from £4.00 for our non-alcoholic cocktails & between £6.60 to £10.60 for the alcoholic cocktails. House spirit mixers are between £3.80 & £5.50 for a single & between £7.00 & £10.00 for a double - to have Red Bull as a mixer will cost appoximately £2 more.

8. Do you serve wine and beer?

We served bottled beer and a range of wine, prosecco & champagne which can be found at the back of our menu. The beer we stock is always changing so is not in the menu but will range in price from £3.90 - £5.50

9. Do you charge entry fees?

We only charge entry fees in our late night bars bars - Greek StreetRussell Street & Cardiff

Greek Street Thursday: £5 from 10pm Friday/Saturday: £5-£10 from 10pm (subject to availability & management discretion) Last entry 2.30am Guestlist: Free entry before 10pm. No queue jump Terms & Conditions apply   

Russell Street Thursday – Saturday: £5-£10 from 9pm (subject to availability) Guestlist: Free entry before 11pm with queue jump Terms & Conditions apply

Cardiff Saturday: £3 from 9pm (subject to availability) Please note that you may also be charged entry on Match days before 9pm & on Bank Holiday Sundays. All bookings are exempt from any door charges

10. Do you serve food?

We don't serve food in our bars, however you can get your hands on some popcorn in all of our bars!

11. Are your bars available for private hire?

Our BrightonFarringdon, IslingtonOxford Street, Reading & Spitalfields all have areas available for private hire. To enquire about hiring these out please  the bookings team or fill out the enquiry form below. 

12. How can I find my lost property?

Please with which bar you were in and a description of your item. Please note that as our bars are not open during the day it will likely be the afternoon before we are able to contact the bar on your behalf. 

Our Head Office opening hours are 9am-7pm Monday - Friday & 10am-4pm on Saturdays

13. How many tables will I get with my booking?

You will be provided with an area that is a mixture of seating and standing space that will accommodate your party. We cannot guarantee that every person in your party will have a seat. 

14. Can I request a specific area?

You can certainly request a specific area and we will try to accomodate it for you. However all the seating plans are made on the night by the manager and your area will be allocated with regard to the size of your party and will depend on the size of any other bookings that we have in on the night. 

15. Can I get a refund on my deposit?

All deposits are non-refundable but your booking can be moved to another venue or date with advanced notice of at least 48 hours. 

16. Why wasn't my booking at the bar?

The bookings form is only for the initial enquiry - your booking is not confirmed until you have been contacted by one of the bookings team, please be aware that you may be required to pay a deposit before your booking is secured. 

17. What is valid in the Happy Hour deal?

All of our cocktails are on a 241 offer during Happy Hour. This offer is not valid on beers, wines, spirit mixers and shots.

18. Do I need ID?

Yes! We operate a challenge 25 policy so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will need to bring a valid form of ID with you even if you are not drinking. We do not accept photocopies or photos of any forms of ID. For further information about the forms of ID we accept can be found here

19. Someone in my party is under 18 but won’t be drinking can they still come in?

Unfortunately not. All of our bars have a “no under 18s” license so we cannot have anyone under this age on our premises. This includes young children in buggies.

20. There was a photographer in the bar, where can I find the photos of my group?

All of the photos taken in our bars are uploaded to our main Facebook page as soon as we receive them from the photographer. Please be aware that it takes a couple of days for the photos to be edited and filtered so they will not be uploaded immediately. 

21. Do the venues have disabled access?

The following venues have disabled access: Norwich, Milton Keynes, Piccadilly Circus, Bath, Cardiff, Hammersmith, Reading, and Oxford.

The following venues do have a disabled toilet but not ramp access: Spitalfields and Shoreditch

BANK HOLIDAY HAPPY HOURSOver the Bank Holiday most of the bars that usually host Happy Hour all night on Sunday will move this extra special offer to the bank holiday Monday instead.Sunday night will take on the usual Monday Happy Hour times for the relevant bar so please check the individual bar pages for this information.Don't forget that Appi Hour and Be Appventurous ARE valid on Sunday with last activation at 10pm.
